A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM GREENBRIAR & CVI
 
As a result of the unprecedented restrictions and regulations put in place to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Boards of Directors of Greenbriar have made several important decisions regarding Association operations.  The Boards took these actions with the health and welfare of the residents of the community in mind:
 
Limiting in-unit maintenance conducted by CVI staff (maintenance) for emergencies only (noted below) will continue until further notice:
 
Water intrusion/flood
Sewage backup
Non-functioning utility services
  (electric, water, heating/air conditioning)
Biohazard issues
Hazardous conditions
Fire
 
The community building will be CLOSED until further notice, so the on-site Greenbriar office is closed to walk in traffic.  All business will be conducted via email or phone.  If you are experiencing a maintenance issue noted above, during regular business hours please contact the on-site office at 301-441-1096.  If this is an maintenance emergency after regular business hours, please contact 301-596-2086.
 
All Association meetings scheduled have been CANCELLED until further notice.  All community-sponsored events and Terrace Room and Bupp Room rentals have been CANCELLED until further notice.
 
We are also asking any resident that has contracted the Coronavirus to, PLEASE NOTIFY the on-site office, so that others in your multi-family building can be notified.  Your name and unit number will not be disclosed.

GREENBRIAR CONDOMINIUMS INFORMATION:
 
Greenbriar Condominiums is a 729-unit community, built in 1974 and located in Greenbelt, MD. It is separated into three phases, each with their own Board of Directors, who are elected members of the community. Phase I has 253 units, Phase II has 236 units and Phase III has 240 units. Greenbriar Community Association is run by their own Board of Directors, who govern the community’s amenities. The Boards are responsible for setting policies and giving all direction for the operation of the property to the Management Agent, who acts as a staff for the Board of Directors.
 
Greenbriar offers amenities such as a community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a picnic area. The Community Building has a Terrace Room which is available for rent and perfect for birthday parties, meetings and wedding receptions.

From Baltimore: Take 295 South to exit for Greenbelt, at light make left (stay in left hand lane). Make left on Greenbelt Road. At 3rd light make left onto Hanover Parkway. Take the first left into the parking lot of 7600 Hanover Parkway.
 
From Washington, DC: Take 295 North to exit for Greenbelt Road (towards NASA). At light make a left. Next light make a left onto Hanover Parkway. Take first left into the parking lot of 7600 Hanover Parkway.
 
From the Beltway: Take 495 North to Exit 22A – Bear to right towards Greenbelt Road. At 2nd light make a left onto Hanover Parkway. Take the first left into the parking lot of 7600 Hanover Parkway.
 
From the Beltway: Take 495 South to Exit 22A – Take first exit towards Greenbelt Road. Make a left at light on Greenbelt Road. At 2nd light make a left onto Hanover Parkway. Take first left into parking lot of 7600 Hanover Parkway.
