To pay your assessment, choose one of the following payment options:

Pay online with e-check - This payment method is free and eliminates the cost of postage and the hassle of mailing your payment. Remember, however, that this is not an automatically recurring payment, so you will need to go online and make your payment each month. Go to www.cabanc.com. On the right side you will see the "Homeowners - Pay Assessments" section. Click on the "By E-Check" button and have your payment coupon and checkbook available. Follow the detailed instructions on the payment page.

Pay online with credit card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express only) - Go to www.cabanc.com. On the right side you will see the "Homeowners - Pay Assessments" section. Click on the "By Credit Card" button and have your payment coupon and credit card available. Follow the detailed instructions on the payment page. You will be charged a convenience fee by CABanc if you choose this payment option.

Sign up for Direct Debit through the Association – Contact the CVI office at 301-596-2600 for more information.

Set up "Bill Payer" service through your personal bank - Contact your personal bank and set up a recurring payment to the association by providing them with your account information found on your payment coupons.

Mail payment coupon and check - Submit a check with a payment coupon in the window envelope provided with your coupon book. Your payment will be processed at a dedicated lockbox and credited to your account electronically. The lockbox address is P.O. Box 65225, Phoenix, AZ 85082-5225. To request replacement payment coupons, please contact your Community Accountant.

CVI, is proud to announce its adoption of the state-of-the-art document and data delivery system from CondoCerts. CondoCerts now provides reliable, round-the-clock online access to critical association data for lenders, mortgage bankers, title companies, agents and homeowners in need of information on Greenbriar.

To obtain a Project Questionnaire Letter/PUD Certification, your lender/agent may log on to www.condocerts.com. First-time users will need to follow the links to register. CondoCerts will then contact your lender/agent within a few hours to verify their information and to activate their account. There is no cost to register for this service.

Once your lender's/agent's account has been activated, they can return to www.condocerts.com, click on the login button and follow the links on the site to access the information they are seeking. The Project Questionnaire Letter/PUD Certification and other documents can be immediately printed or downloaded after purchase. Homeowners can also purchase selected association documents online with a credit card by clicking on the buyers/sellers area.
