Terrace Room Information

For Resident (Effective September 25, 2008):

Monday – Thursday: $275.00

Friday: $350.00

Saturday: $525.00

Sunday: $425.00

A security deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required for all rentals. Payment must be in the form of money order or cashiers check. Partial payments are not accepted.

For Non-Resident (Effective September 25, 2008):

Monday – Thursday: $475.00

Friday: $925.00

Saturday: $1,200.00

Sunday: $750.00

A security deposit in the amount of $300.00 is required for all rentals. Payment must be in the form of money order or cashiers check. Partial payments are not accepted.

The Terrace Room accommodates a max. of 100 people by Fire Code.

The room is rented for a six hours. All set up, event, and clean up must be completed within this time. The room may be rented for an additional hour at the rate of $25.00 per hour. All parties must exit the Terrace Room by the times indicated on the contract

Greenbriar is able to provide tables and chairs to accommodate up to one hundred people, including eleven round tables that are 60 inches in diameter, six-foot rectangular tables, which may be used for buffet and/or head tables and 100 padded chairs. We do not provide tablecloths, tableware or kitchen utensils.
