Considering Renting Your Unit?

Remember To:

Check the association's rules & regulations regarding the number of occupents who can reside in your unit.

Rentals cannot be for less than a six month period.

A copy of your lease must be provided to the Greenbriar office.

Update the CVI office with your new mailing address if you are moving from the unit.

A stipulation of the lease should be that the tenant's agree to abide by the associations rules & regulations.
