Pool Pass Information

POOL HOURS

The hours of operation this year are Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri & Sat from 11:00am to 7:00pm and closed Thursdays. The pool will be open weekends only until June 9, 2008. The Pool season officially closes on Sept. 1, 2008.

PASSES

Recreation Passes are required for use of the pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and picnic areas. We will begin processing passes on May 1, 2008.

All residents must obtain a 2008 Recreation Pass to use Greenbriar’s amenities. To obtain a Recreation Pass, all residents must complete the Recreation Pass form. Bring the completed form, along with proper ID and a copy of your current lease (if applicable), to the Greenbriar management office during regular business hours. Residents of Glen Oaks should turn in their completed form , including signature of the Glen Oaks staff to the Greenbriar Management office.

Each household member listed on the form will be issued his or her own Recreation Pass.

 The number of passes issued per unit is based on unit size as follows: 1 bedroom (with or without den) - 2 passes; 2 bedroom (with or without den) - 4 passes; 3 bedroom - 6 passes. A Guest Pass will be issued only if the number of occupants is less than the number of passes allotted per unit.

DAY PASSES

Residents may also purchase a One Day Pass for guests. One Day passes will be sold in the management office, during regular business hours, at the reduced rate of $3.00 per pass. If necessary, a One Day Pass may be purchased for $6.00 at the pool gatehouse only on weekends, when the management office is closed. There will be a limited supply of One Day Guest Passes at the gatehouse, so residents are encouraged to plan ahead and purchase in advance.

TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS RULES FOR KEY DISTRIBUTION

1. One key per unit may be issued to the authorized residents of the unit (owner or tenant).
2. The price per key is $20.00, which will be refunded in full when the key is returned.
3. Should someone lose or misplace their key, the key will be replaced for a non-refundable charge of $50.00 per key.
4. Should someone bring a key back that is broken or damaged and cannot be used, the charge for the replacement key, which is not refundable, is $20.00.
5. If someone requests more than one key per unit, the GCA Board of Directors must act upon this request after they receive a letter from the resident explaining why they need more than one key.
6. Residents using the locked courts must have a valid Greenbriar or Glen Oaks Recreation Pass with them at all times.
