Board of Directors Information

In accordance with the Maryland Condominium Act, the Board of Directors of Greenbriar Phase I hereby announces their upcoming 2008 meeting schedule.  Unless you are notified otherwise, the meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month in the Commons Room of the Greenbriar Community Building at 7:30 PM.

At each meeting, the next meeting date is confirmed and announced.  All owners are welcome to attend all meetings.

If you wish to be included on a meeting agenda to address a particular issue, please submit a request in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.  We will then be sure to allocate Board time for this item. All owners are welcome and encouraged to take an active role in the association and attend the Board meetings.
