Board of Directors Information

In accordance with the Maryland Condominium Act, the Board of Directors of Greenbriar Phase I hereby announces their upcoming 2010 meeting schedule.  Unless you are notified otherwise, the meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month in the Commons Room of the Greenbriar Community Building at 7:30 PM.

At each meeting, the next meeting date is confirmed and announced.  All owners are welcome to attend all meetings.

Phase I
January 12, 2010
February 9, 2010
March 2, 2010–Annual Meeting  (first Tuesday of the Month, meeting starts at 7:00 pm)
April 13, 2010
May 11, 2010
June 8, 2010
July 13, 2010
August – No Meeting
September 14, 2010
October 12, 2010
November 9, 2010
December – No meeting

If you wish to be included on a meeting agenda to address a particular issue, please submit a request in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.  We will then be sure to allocate Board time for this item. All owners are welcome and encouraged to take an active role in the association and attend the Board meetings.
